About Me
Dr. Gotlib has extensive training in mindfulness- and acceptance- based treatments from his clinical trainings at Princeton University, the University of Iowa, the Yale Center for Anxiety and Mood Disorders, and the Yale School of Medicine. He is an expert in Acceptance and Commitment Training (ACT). Prior to becoming a clinical psychologist, Dr. Gotlib was a district marketing manager for a large beverage company. His expertise is in treating anxiety and teaching psychological flexibility skills for professional and personal development.

When he is not seeing private clients or facilitating workshops, Dr. Gotlib provides counseling to students at Drexel University and is the group therapy coordinator at Drexel’s Counseling and Health Services. He is also a supervising psychologist at Drexel and is responsible for training and supervising doctoral trainees in clinical psychology.
​
Outside of work, Dr. Gotlib enjoys discovering new restaurants in Philadelphia, listening to audio books and playing basketball. He also loves to spend time in nature and the kitchen.
